At First Choice Property Centre we are very aware that our Landlords are the backbone of our business and we always try to maintain a top quality service to them. As well as our standard service, which is free to landlords, and has operated successfully for many years, we have now introduced our Premier Service (details below) to remove any work or stress from landlords.
1 Basic Rental Introductory Service
We advertise the property on our website and in our window and direct any enquiries to the Landlord. The landlord does all the viewings and all legal arrangements. This service is free to Landlords
2 Premier Landlord Service
We arrange to take all prospective tenants to view the property and when a suitable Tenant agrees to take the property we:-
a. Write up the lease b. Run credit checks on the prospective tenant c. Check their references d. Fill in the States of Jersey Housing Forms e. Take the deposit and forward this to the Landlord f. Arrange for the rental to be paid directly into the Landlords' account g Take inventory and get this signed and agreed
For this service we charge the Landlord the equivalent of two weeks rental
